Instructions for filing up online Applications

1. Last Date for Online application is 5th May 2026 till 6.00 PM.
2. Kindly refer to the advertisement for the details of positions advertised and eligibility requirements thereof to ensure that you are eligible for filling online application for the desired position in the Institute.

Steps for filing online application

Step 1:

1. You need to register first with a valid email id.
2. A registered user needs to login to fill the online application form.
3. In case you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgot Password' link to receive your password on your registered mail.

Step 2:

1. All fields marked with * are mandatory and must be filled by the Candidate.

Step 3:

1. Please keep the following scanned documents ready for uploading before submitting the online application
1. A copy of your Color Photograph (passport size)
2. A scanned copy of your signature in black ink (Kindly scan only the signature part of the sheet and do not scan and upload the entire A4 sheet containing your signature).
3. Last drawn salary slip/ Salary certificate
4. Final certificate of academic qualification (Graduation/ Post Graduation)
5. Final Certificate of the Professional Qualification.
6. Work Experience Details.
7. Proof of Date of Birth.
2. Format and size requirement for the documents to be uploaded are:
1. Photograph – not to exceed 300 KB, Acceptable format - .jpg or .jpeg
2. Signature – not to exceed 50 KB, Acceptable format - .jpg or .jpeg
3. Last drawn Salary Slip – not to exceed 300 KB, Acceptable format - .Pdf, .doc or .docx
4. Graduation/ Post Graduation Certificate – not to exceed 300 KB, Acceptable format - .Pdf, .doc or .docx
5. Professional Qualification Certificate – not to exceed 500 KB, Acceptable format - .Pdf, .doc or .docx
6. Work Experience – not to exceed 1 MB, Acceptable format - .Pdf, .doc or .docx
7. Proof of Date of Birth – not to exceed 300 KB, Acceptable format - .Pdf, .doc or .docx

Step 4:

1. Before clicking on the submit button, kindly ensure that all correct entries have been filled and all required documents have been uploaded.
2. Edit option is not available after clicking on the submit button.
3. On successful submission of the online application, you will receive an email with a unique application id generated by the system. You are requested to keep this mail safely. In all your future correspondence with the Institute regarding this recruitment, kindly mention this unique application id.
